Rain in Jordan is truly an amazing thing.


One minute its dry, the next its pouring down rain which quickly turns into hail that actually feels like its beating you into the ground. In the 30 seconds it took to hail a taxi I was completely drenched. Taxis here by the way are NOT waterproof.


This morning it was so foggy I could barely see 3 feet in front of me.
Driving in a taxi in such conditions is frightening, to say the least. Its very eerie to hear the cars, smell the cars, but not see the cars even though you feel like they're close enough to run over you.
